Christy Parikou

Christy is an experienced therapist, graduating from Aristotle University, Department of Physical Education and Sport Science in 2010. She has also completed an MSc in Kinesiology in 2014 and a BSc in Physiotherapy from Coventry University in 2017. She was involved in sports competitively and has always strived to achieve her goals.

Due to her excellent qualifications and performance, Christy was accepted into Medical School of Kapodestrian University where she completed her second MSc specialising in Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Health.

Christy’s expertise is in therapeutic exercise of patients with autoimmune diseases. As she is highly empathetic, she has chosen to specialise in pain management in order to help patients work towards their recovery in any possible way. She passionately believes that the best management is early diagnosis and acceptance. Appropriate and personalised management and treatment plans can prolong and improve quality of life. She believes that everyone deserves good quality of life. Her attitude is to enjoy life and live it well.
