Raheela is one of our two Practice Managers at the Selsdon (Croydon) clinic. Raheela oversees the handling of finances, personnel and all related administrative issues to ensure the successful daily running of the practice. Raheela’s responsibilities span the breadth of the business; from staff training and working patterns; marketing, advertising, client initiatives and communications; to credit control, book-keeping, pricing and fees.

As well as the ability to multi-task she exhibits exemplary organisational skills and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Effective daily communication with a diverse range of people is a prominent aspect of her role, from internal teams of physios and admin staff, to clients, health care and medical legal companies and supplier representatives.

Raheela believes her role as a practice manager is to ensure the practice provides a caring and professional service to clients.

Prior to joining Surrey Physio in 2017 Raheela led a team of 20+ at Royal Bank of Scotland Plc in International banking where she was responsible for facilitating the financial needs of highly reputable global blue chip companies.

Away from the practice Raheela enjoys reading, travel, photography and spending time with family and friends.
